The hotel was clean and had very very helpful staff with a most helpful desk clerk. This property had a central position right across the street from a shopping center. And we were just next door to expressway and food places and the Hampton Coliseum.

Great location for the price! It's close to restaurants 🍽️, Busch Gardens for some historical fun 🏰, and Newport News if you're attending a baby shower. Plus, you'll find other hotels nearby if you have friends staying in the area.

Seemed a bit worn down and past its prime. Understandable, given the location and the price. The "high-speed internet" was ridiculously slow with low signal in my room (135). Virtually unusable.

The room was newly renovated with fridge and microwave, with essentials required. The highlight was the great food.

The central location here was wonderful and we enjoyed dining at Outback Steakhouse nearby a few times.

Maybe I will stay again not sure. Was a little upset because reserve my room it was my 10th anniversary. When I arrive my room was given to someone else w/ the same last name. But, you suppose to have confirmation # if reserve. So instead king size room me and my husband had a double bed room where we laid on seperate beds at night for total to be 150.00 vs the 111.00 was quoted.

The staff was not helpful. The room was not clean the dranin the bathtub did not work and when the idiot maintenance guy tried to get it unclogged the room filled with heat , humidity and odor. I asked for a different room. After I locked my wallet and jewlery in teh safe the lock cylinder came right out of the door and I couldn't get my property out of the safe. Some time later an incompetent maintenance person showed up and kept going back and forth, in and out of the room for the next hour. I was trying to work but his constant interruptions drove me out of the room. This was a truly horrible experience. I would not stay there aain if it was free. Sincerely, M.L. Amundson

Great location just a 28-minute drive from the airport, and the rooms come equipped with a fridge and coffee maker - awesome for convenience!

Problemes with WiFi Very noisy Outside door next to our room open during night.

Rude, shower didn't work, practically no furniture in suite, Didn't have room we requested and confirmed online.

I got a none smoking room with two twin beds the bath tub was broken, due to the fact that I had limited time to set up the room I could not change rooms .My husband was deployed for 6 months and it was suppose to be a romantic relaxing night for the two of us I'm so glad he found it funny

The breakfast options here are fantastic, and the location is perfect, close to restaurants, shopping places, and the event venue.

WE have stayed here many times before. We love the location, appearance, and upkeep. Also thanks for the upgrade in new refrigerators and control panels for the heating/cooling system (at least in our room).
